Follow-up rodent inspections can help evaluate activity and check whether a control plan needs adjustment. The appropriate schedule depends on the property, evidence and selected service—not a universal interval for every home.

What repeat checks can address

• New sightings or evidence reported since the last visit.
• The condition of previously identified entry points.
• Monitoring or trapping results under the service plan.
• Changes in storage, food access, doors or building conditions.

Keep observations useful

Record the date and location of new evidence. Ask how the technician will distinguish older signs from continuing activity. Keep service records and note any building repairs or changes between visits.

Understand what is included

Ask whether the agreement covers inspection only, device checks, exclusion or other work. Cleanup, insulation replacement and electrical or structural repairs may be separate. An inspection does not guarantee that no concealed activity exists or that damage has been repaired.

Report changes promptly
