How the approaches differ

Bait systems use stations that termites encounter while foraging. Liquid treatments involve applying an approved termiticide to specified areas according to its label. Installation methods and the role of the treatment vary by product and site.

Compare complete proposals

• Scope: Which parts of the structure or property are included?
• Installation: What access, drilling or ground work is needed here?
• Follow-up: How will the system or treated property be checked?
• Cost: What is the initial price, and what renewal fees apply?
• Coverage: What does the written agreement include or exclude?

A blanket claim that one method always costs a fixed multiple of the other is not a reliable way to compare your options. Request a property-specific estimate and read the terms.
