A Selected Standalone Service
Basic can cover one selected service, such as general pest control, rodent monitoring, Sentricon, yard treatments or preventive flea service. The scope and visit frequency are chosen for your property.
Discuss a one-time visit or recurring service, where appropriate. Your estimate identifies the included work, preparation and follow-up; other services are not automatically included.
🔵 Perimeter Guard Plus
A Customized Combination
Plus combines selected services into one plan. For example, you may choose general pest service alongside rodent monitoring or yard pest control, depending on the concerns at your property.
We discuss each service, its schedule and the combined estimate. Only the services you select and agree to are included.
🔴 Perimeter Guard Elite
A Broader Selection of Services
Elite brings several selected services together for properties with multiple pest-control needs. Options may include general pest service, rodent monitoring, Sentricon termite protection or yard pest control.
The plan does not automatically include every pest, structure or treatment. Your estimate defines the services, visit frequency, preparation and follow-up for your property.

I’ve been using Plank Pest Control for a couple of years now. My experience with them has been not only positive and professional but pleasant as well. I’ve known the Plank family since childhood and seeing the second generation of them do what they do best makes me very grateful for my acquaintance with the company. Not only do they get rid of all the creepy crawlers they make sure to answer any and all questions I might have regarding the job they’ve done.

I called Plank Termite and Pest Control and an actual person answered the phone! We discussed the pest situation, came up with a solution, set up an appointment for Jacob, the technician, to come to our house. Jacob arrived exactly on time, took care of the situation, made recommendations for the future, provided a receipt and finished the job within about 30 minutes. I highly recommend Plank Termite and Pest Control for their superior professionalism and service.
