German cockroaches can establish indoor populations and need a coordinated control plan. Report suspected sightings promptly for identification.

Identification and habits

Adults are small and tan with two dark marks behind the head. Warm areas near food and moisture are common inspection targets. Young stages look different, so identification may require a closer examination.

What to do at your property

Record activity around kitchens, bathrooms and appliances. Tell Plank about previous products, access limits and any shared-building concerns. Ask how preparation, monitoring and bait placements should be maintained and when follow-up is needed.

Photograph the pest clearly and note where and when it appeared. Ask Plank about identification and whether inspection, prevention or selected treatment is appropriate. The service scope and any follow-up are confirmed for your property.
