Two pests, two service conversations

German cockroaches and fleas can both be concerns for Osage Beach & Camdenton households, but they require different assessment and preparation. Identify what is present rather than choosing a combined treatment from a symptom alone.

For a cockroach concern

Record sightings, locations and previous treatments. Keep food stored securely and arrange leak repairs. Ask about cockroach control, monitoring and follow-up, including what access is needed around cabinets or appliances.

For a flea concern

Talk to your veterinarian about suitable pet flea control. See CDC flea-prevention advice.

Tell your pest technician where pets rest and where activity is noticed. Ask about flea service and how household preparation should be coordinated with veterinary care. Not every flea problem requires the same indoor and outdoor work.

Agree on a follow-up plan

  • Which pests and areas are included?
  • What preparation is required?
  • When can people and pets return?
  • What activity should be reported after service?
  • Which follow-up visits are included?

Do not assume a fixed number of visits, product combination or deadline for elimination. Follow the instructions for the actual service and avoid adding other treatments without discussing them.

Choose services for your property

Perimeter Guard packages combine selected services where appropriate. Your estimate confirms included work, frequency and follow-up; the package name does not automatically cover every pest.
